It supports foreign-currency cash payment scenarios in CashPro.
Main fields
Cash Register Payment Method
Specifies the payment method for which the factor applies.
Starting Date
Specifies the date from which the factor is effective.
Currency Exchange Rate
Specifies the exchange rate used for the payment method.
If you enter a Currency Exchange Rate, CashPro automatically calculates the Currency Factor as:

Currency Factor
Specifies the factor used for conversion.
If you enter a Currency Factor, CashPro automatically calculates the Currency Exchange Rate as:
1 / Currency Factor
Currency Code
Shows the currency code of the linked payment method.
This value is derived from the payment method setup.
How to maintain values
You can enter either:
- the Currency Exchange Rate, or
- the Currency Factor
CashPro derives the other value automatically, as long as the entered value is not zero.
Typical usage
Use this page when:
- a store accepts foreign-currency cash payments
- a payment method is assigned to a non-LCY currency
- exchange-rate handling must change over time using effective dates
Important notes
- The setup is linked to the payment method, not directly to a sales line.
- If a foreign-currency payment method has no usable factor, payment can fail.
- Effective dating allows rate changes over time.
