What is Aident Shipping Service?
Aident Shipping Service lets you generate shipping labels directly from Business Central without requiring additional software.

The following providers are currently supported by Aident Shipping Service:

- DHL Paket
- DHL Fracht
- GLS (General Logistics Systems)
- Post Schweiz
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- HERMES
Direct API communication
Aident Shipping Service communicates directly with shipping providers’ APIs, eliminating the need for third-party software. Users only need an account with the provider. Labels are valid without certification and can be stored in Business Central or cloud storage, such as Azure Blob Storage.
Integration with Business Central
The app integrates with Business Central’s user interface. Users can create shipping labels from records or documents containing address data, such as customer profiles or sales orders. The app provides a unified interface for creating labels across all supported shipping providers.
Traceability and support
All label requests and communications are logged to ensure full traceability. A test mode is also available, which sends requests to a developer's endpoint, allowing for safe testing before switching to live shipping provider environments.
